This was a fun read incorporating familiar fairy tales that young readers will enjoy. Some of the writing was basic at times, but it works well for younger readers. Alex and Connor Bailey are trying to move on in life after the loss of their father. When Alex is given a book of fairy tales by her Grandmother, that all changes. The twins find themselves in the world of the book. To get home, they must find the items needed to complete the wishing spell and find them before someone else does.
