If you enjoy thrillers and the movie “Twister,” try this book. I loved how it gives a different take on a crime novel by using a tornado as a cover-up. A tornado rips through Promise, Oklahoma leaving destruction and death in its wake. When a family is found, it’s soon discovered that their deaths are not as they first appear. There’s a murderer on the loose, and Police Chief Charlie Grover will seek help from a tornado-chasing scientist to try and find them.
