If you live within the Oswayo Valley School District and do not already have a library card, just email us at ovmlibrary@gmail.com with your name and address and we can issue a temporary card that can be converted to a permanent card once the library reopens. You’ll just have to stop in with a picture ID and we can issue a physical card.
