I started this series after I saw it online as a suggestion if you enjoyed the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies. I think it was a pretty good suggestion. It is one of my favorite series for young adults. Captain Alosa is hunting for a hidden map on an enemy ship. Allowing herself to be captured, the only thing standing in her way of finding the map is the ship’s first mate, Riden.
