I have been seeing this book all over the internet for a while. It was one of those that I kept hearing about but wasn’t sure I wanted to read it because of the hype. I finally picked it up and really enjoyed it. I laughed out loud at many parts, and the end left me wanting to hurry up and get the second book to see what would happen next. Evie Sage needs a job when she accidentally runs into the most infamous villain in the land. After escaping the King’s guards, Evie is offered a job she accepts to help care for her family, with a few surprises along the way.
