The Oswayo Valley Memorial Library has a special announcement! Have you noticed all the books displayed in the Children’s Room? They have been added to our collection through the Children’s Book Project Grant from The Pilcrow Foundation! This is a 2-to-1 grant, meaning we needed help getting it because we had to provide a certain amount of funds. 

The library would like to send out special thanks to the American Legion Post 530, American Legion Auxiliary Post 530, the Oswayo Valley Teachers Association, and the Sons of the American Legion Post 530! Without these organizations, we would not have received this grant. With the help of these sponsors, the library received 107 children’s books in total; 66 were from our local sponsors, and an additional 21 were from sponsors for The Pilcrow Foundation. These books are currently still on display in our Children’s Room. Come on down to the library to see and check out these wonderful new additions to the collection!
